First Advisory Team Meeting Follow Up

As a reminder, please let us know who from your group will serve as the representative for the advisory team. This team will have many discussions regarding REPORTER’s functionality, so it is important that your representative be someone who will be using the system regularly and has a good understanding of your department/group’s business practices. Our next quarterly advisory team meeting will be held in March.


The next sub-committee meeting for the Advisory Team will be regarding Merchandise and the Question/Label Bank for the Cart. This discussion includes your group if you currently sell merchandise specific to your course (a book for class, a membership, purchase of a certificate, etc) or if you ask specific questions upon checkout (shirt size, dietary restrictions, etc). If these apply to your group and you want to be included in the discussion, please respond to this email to let us know who you want to attend. The person or people who attend this discussion do not have to be your single Advisory Team representative, but please try not to include more than 2 people. We will schedule based on the responders.
