The REPORTER team will be offering open help sessions in which users can receive one-on-one help with REPORTER and have specific questions answered. Administrators in the system are invited to drop by anytime during the session or to call in remotely via a link published to the support site. The first session will be held January 12th.

The REPORTER Advisory team met Monday, December 12th for the first time for an informational meeting. The Advisory Team will work together to gather system requirements, decide upon priorities, and make high level decisions on system functionality.
New training sessions will be posted next week. The next sessions will be held January 4th and January 11th. If you would like to attend a specific training, be sure to add yourself to the watchlist. This will inform the instructors that users are interested in the course and you receive an email when a new instance is posted.
Starting December 12th the Development Team began upgrading their Mendix platform from Version 5.21 to Version 6. All environments with the exception of Production have been upgraded to Mendix 6. The upgrade process has been extended to next week with a projected Production update coming Monday evening.
NC State University will be closed from December 24th through January 2nd. As a result limited REPORTER support will be available during this time. We will respond to your support issue as quickly as possible but please allow up to 2 business days for a response. No weekly update will be posted the week of December 26th.
