The development team is continuing to work on the issue surrounding the anonymous cart. Currently, if users who are not logged in put courses in their cart and then log in through Shibboleth, the items in their cart are lost. This issue does not affect external users who are not logging in with their Unity ID.
The REPORTER team will be offering open help sessions in which users can receive one-on-one help with REPORTER and have specific questions answered. Administrators in the system are invited to drop by anytime during the session or to call in remotely via a link published to the support site. The first session will be held January 12th.

Upcoming Training Opportunities; Seating is limited and setup is done prior to training so you are required to register prior to the course’s start date. Be sure to add yourself to the watchlist of courses you are interested in. This will show instructors there is interest in the course and you receive an email notification when a new instance is posted.
If you are a part of the Advisory Team, be sure you have confirmed your group’s representative and RSVP’d to the subcommittee meeting (if applicable) by responding to the email sent December 12th following the initial Advisory Team meeting.
