Update for the Week of January 9th

  • A hotfix was moved into production Jan 12th. This included:
    • The ‘Download Template’ button was missing for bulk tagging for all users except admins.
    • The “Save” button was missing for affiliate managers when they try to create members for their group.
    • An update to the H/R load to include new hires that were not being included.
  • The REPORTER team will be offering open help sessions in which users can receive one-on-one help with REPORTER and have specific questions answered. Administrators in the system are invited to drop by anytime during the session or to call in remotely via a link published to the support site. The next session will be held January 18th.
  • Upcoming Training Opportunities; Seating is limited and setup is done prior to training so you are required to register prior to the course’s start date. Be sure to add yourself to the watchlist of courses you are interested in. This will show instructors there is interest in the course and you receive an email notification when a new instance is posted.

    • If you are a part of the Advisory Team, be sure you have confirmed your group’s representative and RSVP’d to the subcommittee meeting (if applicable) by responding to the email sent December 12th following the initial Advisory Team meeting.
