The development team found a solution to the anonymous cart issue and production was updated with the fix Tuesday evening, Jan 24th.
Users who were logging in through Shibboleth after checking out anonymously were losing their cart items. Now when a user checkouts anonymously and then logs in through Shibboleth, they are brought to their cart and can complete checkout on courses they added prior to log in.
Security updates have been made to the Production Issues Log. This spreadsheet will now be used by the development team and project coordinators. These spreadsheets will be monitored by the respective project coordinators and sent to development.

Upcoming Training Opportunities; Seating is limited and setup is done prior to training so you are required to register prior to the course’s start date. This will show instructors there is interest in the course and you receive an email notification when a new instance is posted.
NC State University will be performing extensive system maintenance February 4th – 5th. This maintenance period may cause intermittent availability of Shibboleth Login. As a result, users logging in with a Unity ID may experience difficulty logging in during this time. The maintenance should not impact external users. NC State WordPress websites may also become unavailable intermittently during this time, so please anticipate that our support site may be temporarily inaccessible that weekend.
