NC State University will be performing extensive system maintenance this weekend, February 4th – 5th. This maintenance period may cause intermittent availability of Shibboleth Login. As a result, users logging in with a Unity ID may experience difficulty logging in during this time; maintenance will not impact external user login. NC State WordPress websites may also become unavailable intermittently during this time, so please anticipate that our support site may be temporarily inaccessible during this time.
Starting February 10th users will be able to test the next production release in QA atgo.ncsu.edu/reporterqa. Users will be able to test new functionality and provide feedback prior to the release being put into the Live site, or production. The release will be moved to production on February 16th. More details are forthcoming.

The REPORTER team is offering open help sessions in which users can receive one-on-one help with REPORTER and have specific questions answered. Administrators in the system are invited to drop by anytime during the session or to call in remotely via a link published to the support site. The next session will be held February 3rd.

Upcoming Training Opportunities; Seating is limited and setup is done prior to training so you are required to register prior to the course’s start date. Be sure to add yourself to the watchlist of courses you are interested in. This will show instructors there is interest in the course and you receive an email notification when a new instance is posted.
