Update for the week of February 6th

  • Release 3.13 was moved to production yesterday evening, February 9th. This release includes:
    • Expanded waitlist functionality including logic around registering on full instances, ability to add users to wait list, and ability to email the waitlist
    • Improved watchlist functionality including ability to email waitlist, clarified columns on watchlist, and disabled watchlist notifications for unpublished instances
    • Improved registration confirmation on instances with Moodle
    • Updated Moodle-Outreach integration so that the ID in Moodle does not have to match the REPORTER course ID. Instead integration is based only on inputting the Moodle ID in the instance setup details
    • Rearranged the buttons on the roster screen for easier use
    • Added ability to send a copy of registration emails to specified addresses from the instance roster
    • Added ability to customize payment instructions by department
    • Refined the Business Officer role so that they can now view all the financial reports for departments in their division
    • Fixed an issue in which copying an instance with a waitlist gave an error when upon saving
    • Updates to visibility and error messages
  • Starting February 16th users will be able to test the Phase 1 version of Questions in the Cart in a test environment at go.ncsu.edu/reporterqa. The REPORTER Team will be hosting a demo and testing session in which administrative users can come to the Avent Ferry labs to see how the new functionality works, test it, and provide feedback. The REPORTER team will be present throughout the session to assist with testing and answer questions.
    • The testing session will be held at the Avent Ferry Technology Center on Monday, February 20 from 1:30pm – 4pm in Room 110
    • If you cannot make it at 1:30, you may drop by anytime during the session, but please let us know if you will be late at reporter_support@ncsu.edu
