Update for the Week of March 13th

  • Hotfixes were moved into production this week to address the following issues:
    • Security settings on Questions in the Cart were causing Course Liaisons to receive questionnaire errors when editing an instance and tagging. It also caused errors during checkout for Course Liaisons if the instance had questions.
    • Fixed the display grid for question responses on the instance.
    • Financial officers were added in the CC of the refund messages sent to Financial Liaisons.
  • A hotfix will be moved into Production on Sunday to address the following issues:
    • Financial Liaison unable to access financial reports
    • Registrations from the waitlist on courses with financials are missing the project number on the order details
  • The new Project Coordinator for Outreach and Engagement began this week.
    • Welcome Jennifer Wilson, joining the Academic Outreach Entrepreneurship Business Office team
