Update for the Week of March 27th

  • To report Production Issues and other feedback items, please use the appropriate spreadsheet linked below. These spreadsheets are being monitored and updated by the respective project coordinators as items are moved through development. If you have questions regarding which spreadsheet to use, please contact us at reporter_support@ncsu.edu.
  • Production was updated yesterday evening with Release 3.16. This release includes:
    • Updated drop emails to include additional instance and contact information
    • Corrected spelling errors and clarified labels in the system such as renaming the instance activity log “Registration History”
    • If External Users exceed the allowed number of login attempts their account is temporarily blocked – users will now receive a message in the login window indicating this
    • Added a column for Employee ID to the bulk tagging template
    • Added employee ID to roster
    • Added columns for Total Amount, Transaction Date, Account Holder Name, Date Order Created to invalid orders table and report
    • You can now transfer participants out of a past instance 
  • On Monday, the data from Production will be copied to the testing environment. Please be aware that all setup data currently in existing in QA will be deleted and replaced with a copy of the data existing in production.This is being done in preparation for testing the new registration process, in order to produce the most accurate testing results. Roles granted in QA will be regranted after the copy.
  • REPORTER is scheduled to be updated late April with significant registration changes. Testing sessions will be arranged before this update and posted next week.
  • A new form has been published for course admins and other administrative users to request access for new course administrators. Course Admin access can be granted by the Course Liaison for your division; if a liaison is not available for your unit, you can request additional users be given admin access through the Request for Course Admin Access page on the support site.
