Production was updated Thursday evening with a Hotfix. This hotfix addressed an issue where the ‘Untag’ action would untag all users instead of just the selected user(s).
The development team will be releasing the newest version of the REPORTER application late next week. This release will include major changes to the shopping cart and registrations. These changes will allow the system to support more registration use cases and make the experience more user friendly. In preparation for this change, testing sessions and an overview session have been scheduled. If you would like to attend one of these sessions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you only need to attend one of these sessions, though you are welcome to come to multiple if it is beneficial.
Testing Sessions – Each session is 3 hours long, beginning with a demonstration of these changes. After the demonstration, you can stay for as long as you would like to test the changes. REPORTER team members will be available to offer assistance and answer questions throughout the session.

Overview Session – We are also offering an overview session which will fully demonstrate the new functionality and allow you to ask questions. This session is ideal for those not yet in the system or who are unable to attend one of the scheduled testing sessions.

OIT will perform extended maintenance affecting multiple core components of the campus primary data centers from 6 a.m.Saturday, Apr 22 through 6 p.m. Sunday, Apr 23. During this time Shibboleth may be unavailable. Please be aware that you may be unable to log into REPORTER as a result.
