Update for the Week of April 17th

  • Thank you to everyone who has attended the REPORTER testing sessions and provided feedback on the registration changes. The REPORTER support site has been updated with information and videos outlining the registration changes. If you were unable to attend the sessions or have Course Admins in your department who will need to understand the upcoming changes, you can access the information here: https://support.reporter.ncsu.edu/phase-1-registration-and-cart-changes/
    • We are in the process of prioritizing the feedback that we’ve received and will send out an update once a date has been chosen for the update to production.
    • If you have any questions, please email reporter_support@ncsu.edu.
  • Shibboleth and WordPress may be unavailable from 6 a.m. Saturday, Apr 22 through 6 p.m. Sunday, Apr 23 due to extended OIT maintenance. Please be aware that Unity users may be unable to log into REPORTER as a result, and the support site may also be unavailable. External users should not be affected.
  • Payment processing through Nelnet’s QuikPAY®, used in REPORTER, will be unavailable from 1:00 AM Monday, April 24th and lasting until 4:30 AM. Users attempting to make credit card payments in REPORTER during this time will encounter a maintenance screen asking them to try back later.
  • The next REPORTER Open Help session will be held from 1:30-3:30pm on April 27th in Avent Ferry, Room 110. Open Help sessions are also available via Cisco WebEx.  For more details, please visit https://support.reporter.ncsu.edu/help-sessions/
