On Sunday, August 27 at 11:00am, we will be working with the vendor to make configuration changes to the REPORTER application in an effort to address the recent performance errors.
For a 15 to 30 minute period, REPORTER will be offline to make these changes.
If the window of down time will be more than 30 minutes, we will send additional communications about the impact. We appreciate your patience as we work through these errors and will continue to monitor the application to look for ways to make additional improvements.
