The production environment will be updated this evening with the following changes:
Continued work on improving the speed of the registration process.
Added a “Communication Settings” section on both the Course and Instance profiles and regrouped notification settings into these sections. Course Admins now have the option to be notified on several new options including when they have participants added to Course Watchlists, when participants register for an instance, and when Instance status becomes Inactive.
Several Instance improvements, including:
Added a new Instance Notes field which is viewable in the Course Catalog.
Defaulting the Registration End Date to the start of the instance if left blank.
Added resend actions from the Instance Roster to the Instance email history.
Enhanced the Instance Roster page so the buttons that do not apply to the instance are not shown as options.
Corrected time display issue on the Instance View and Instructor View pages. Also corrected several Course Administrator emails that were displaying the wrong instance time.
Fixed an issue preventing some Watchlist email messages from going out when new Instances became available.
Reworded the Course Administrator Waitlist activation notification email for clarity.
Fixed an issue with the Generate Sign-In sheet action on the Instructor dashboard.
Enhanced the Registration History report in My Account.
Added an Export option for the Compliance Reports.
Added field for Course Catalog notes on ‘Other’ Prerequisites.
Added details to the Attention Required notification for Transfer Requests.
Corrected an issue with tagging API that was giving people External Course submission option for recommended courses.
