Update for the Week of November 27th

  • A major update for REPORTER ran today at 4pm. This update included:
    • Rework of Required Training, Assigning/Tagging, and Compliance
    • Added ability for Financial Admins to setup instances to allow employees to pay for instances with an NC State Project ID.  Additional information will be available in next week’s update.
    • Added option to indicate if an Online instance needs to track completion in moodle. This will replace the step of email Moodle IDs to REPORTER support for tracking
    • Added option for Moodle integrated courses to automatically remove users from the Moodle course if they drop the instance in REPORTER.
    • Updated financial reports to include support for internal payments
    • Adding additional error message for bulk registrations so users have better indication of if their file contains errors.
    • Added email address confirmation field to the creation process for new REPORTER accounts
