REPORTER Outage this Friday, May 4th

The Production environment is now available. You can continue to access REPORTER at go.ncsu.edu/reporter. If you have questions or issues, please contact us at reporter_support@ncsu.edu.


REPORTER will be unavailable this Friday, May 4th from 11pm until Saturday, May 5th at approximately 10am. During this time, the Production environment will be moved to a new cloud hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS).  This is a change to the platform on which REPORTER runs and will not change the REPORTER application itself. There will be no change in REPORTER functionality.

An announcement will be posted Saturday once the system has been restored and successful testing has been completed — this post will also be updated at that time. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at reporter_support@ncsu.edu.
