REPORTER Highlight: Improved Navigation The REPORTER team has reorganized the left side menu in REPORTER for easier navigation and to support future expansion. Click here to review the navigation changes!

  • The REPORTER Production environment will be updated this evening with the latest release; below are the highlights of the update occurring this evening.  To see the full list, please click here
    • The Left Side Menu in REPORTER has been updated for improved navigation.  Sections have been combined and some links have been moved under more appropriate menu options.
    • Department Setup has been moved to the Manage Setup option on the left side menu and has been divided into Division, Department, and Financial setup and adjusted for the appropriate roles. 
    • Updates to document prerequisites including ease of submission and Course Admin functions to review, submit, and retrieve data.
    • Required Profile Fields – per department, have been added as an enrollment restriction option.
    • Updated Certificate Program Rosters and Reports. Also added ability to manually substitute required program items (such as courses) to mark them complete.
    • Email Reminders have been updated for clarity and added assignment message to the ‘Nearing Due Date’ and ‘Out of Compliance’ email messages.
    • Fixed an issue preventing the PDF download of some Minors Compliance forms.
    • Multiple Updates and Improvements for Registration Questions including:
      • Added the ability for Course Admins to create questions.
      • Adding a new question will not archive all existing question responses.
      • Archived questions can be easily accessed and unarchived.
      • The Aggregate tab and calculation issues have been fixed
