Help and Instructions for Course Admins & Liaisons


The following help documents reviews all basic functionality for users that are listing courses and instances in REPORTER to accept registrations. Users must have the Course Admin role in order to use the functionality described, and must be listed as an editor for existing courses to access them. Roster Management

  • Register Participants After the Fact: Register participants for instances that are not active – ex. I need to register users for an instance that has passed the end date, but I don’t see a register button and it’s not in the catalog.)
