- Â Moodle & Wolfware maintenance: DELTA will be performing maintenance and applying patches to the Moodle and WolfWare environments which will cause sporadic outages to online courses. Please make a note of the times and dates affected and avoid registration activity related to Moodle during this time.
- Be aware that users may experience issues if trying to complete content during this time
- Do not run any bulk registrations to online (moodle integrated) instances during this time

System Updates
- The REPORTER Production environment has been updated with the following functionality:
- Added columns for Instructional Hours and OUC to the Course Report
- Added ability for Certificate Program Admins to add additional information to the registration confirmation email
- Added an instance communication setting to notify course admins and/or instructors when users are marked complete
- This is primarily intended to be notified when a Moodle completion returns to REPORTER. When this happens, the registrant is marked complete for their Final Attendance and an Instructor and/or Course Admin can get a notification email for this.
- Added the ability for Course Admins to run bulk registrations for instances that have a cost

- Added a setting to allow Compliance Admins to turn on compliance warning emails for their requirement(s)
- A View/Export More Details option is now available on the Instance Report; this includes a list of schedule blocks, instructors, and more
- Updated the Course Copy to include all fields that should copy over to a new course
- Updated the Instance copy to include all fields except the status, schedule info, and financial details (Signature files on certificates are now included when an instance is copied)
- Updated the contact history page on user profiles so they can now see emails they were ccâd on in addition to emails addressed to them
- Updated the Order Summary page with correct wording for âAccess Online Contentâ buttons related to Moodle integration
- Fixed an issue causing incomplete registrations for users who were not logged in when selecting âRegister Nowâ
- Fixed a timeout issue when using the View/Export More Detail report on the instance roster
- Fixed the search to include the Participant and Order Ownerâs last name to the âPay for an Orderâ search
- Fixed an issue with the discount report in which it was calculating discounts based on percentages incorrectly
- Improved the Compliance Email Assignment email message to indicate that assignees may have been registered already
