A hotfix was moved into production on Tuesday evening. The hotfix addressed an issue in which an email was not being sent.
When an affiliate manager creates a team member, the new person should receive the new account email.
The next release to Production is now available in Acceptance for testing. Administrative users can test this release at go.ncsu.edu/reporterqa. This release will be moved to production next Thursday evening.
A new form has been published for course admins and other administrative users to request access for new course administrators. Course Admin access can be granted by the Course Liaison for your division; if a liaison is not available for your unit, you can request additional users be given admin access through the Request for Course Admin Access page on the support site.
Nelnet Business Solutions will be using their scheduled maintenance window to complete routine maintenance on the Nelnet Production environment beginning 1:00 AMMonday, March 27th and lasting until 4:30 AM. As a result, payment processing will be unavailable in REPORTER during this time. Users attempting to access will encounter a maintenance screen asking them to try back later.
