2017 Quarter 1 Advisory Team Meeting

Thank you to all who were able to join us for the Quarter 1 Advisory Team meeting. As a reminder, we will be holding Quarterly Advisory Team meetings to discuss development updates, review any changes to priorities and identify any ‘pain points’ that have come up since the previous quarter, and to identify representatives to be included in Advisory Team subgroups.

In our Quarter 1 meeting, we discussed development updates from the quarter, the priorities for development in the upcoming quarters, and resources to view that information. We also discussed upcoming topics that Advisory Team subgroups will be focusing on and collected a list of representatives working in those areas. The agenda, slides, and notes from this meeting can be viewed on the support site athttps://support.reporter.ncsu.edu/advisory-team/

For those who were unable to attend – Each quarter, the development team will be working on a set of priorities finalized by Steering Committee using input from Advisory Team. Some of these priorities will require additional input from members of the Advisory Team to better understand the requirements surrounding that priority. During the quarterly meetings, we will identify these priorities and expand upon what they currently encompass. Then we will ask the Advisory Team members to indicate whether they currently perform that business process. These members will then be included on the invitation to the subgroup discussion of that priority at which point they can include the relevant representative for their department/group. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss the Quarter 1 meeting in more detail or have any other Advisory Team questions.

Below are the lists we currently have for subgroups. If you are on the Advisory Team and currently do the process described and are not included in the list, please email reporter_support@ncsu.edu to be added.
