System Updates
- The REPORTER Production environment was updated with the following functionality:
- Fixed an issue causing $0 cart add-ons to produce errors
- Fixed the Program deeplink for anonymous users
- Fixed an issue preventing users from using specific Project IDs when using ‘Pay Later’
Support Resources
- NC State University is closed November 22nd and 23rd. As a result, limited REPORTER support will be available through 11/26. Customers contacting reporter_support@ncsu.edu will receive a notice to expect a delayed response as a result of the holiday.
