- The Office of Information Technology officially launched the Data Security requirement through REPORTER this month. As a part of this process, all active accounts (as defined by employee classes in the Peoplesoft HR system) were assigned and registered for training.
- Registrants were assigned and registered through a new bulk process that combines the registration and assignment email (New process will be available to Compliance Admins by March 1 – details).
- All registrants that complete the course will receive a completion certificate via email.
- New employees will be assigned during onboarding, with a 30 day completion window.
- System Updates – The REPORTER Production environment was updated with the following functionality:
- Registration
- Changed the ‘No Account? Sign up here’ link in the login window to a button to help users more easily locate it
- Optimized the Quick Registration workflow for faster registrations during high demand registration windows
- Fixed an issue causing anonymous users using “Register Now” to experience login issues
- Corrected an issue allowing users to be registered for inactive instances
- Compliance
- (Coming in next release!) Bulk Assignment via upload, including sending single assign & register email – Click here for details!
- Moved compliance status update event to 5pm (from 1pm) to improve system speed
- Course Administration
- Added ability to copy Course Admins and Instructors on instance cancellation emails (about canceling instances)
- Added date range searching to the instance report
- Added a ‘View/Export More Detail’ option on the instance report that allows you to download schedule blocks and instructors
- Added professional credit types for CNR
- Fixed an issue related to increasing instance max seats when there are users on an automated waitlist
- Temporarily disabled Instance over capacity and Instance nearing capacity email messages. The REPORTER Support Team will monitor and work with Course Admins to reevaluate the timing of these messages.
- Certificate Program Administration
- Unpublished programs can now be shared via deeplink
- Removed the need for NCSU restriction to be on for certificate programs that involve supervisor approval
- Added the ability to use discount codes on programs
- Added “program not found” wording to the page when certificate program deeplinks were incorrect
- Financials
- Updated mobile registration and payment processing to improve user experience
- Fixed an issue preventing payments from registrants on iOS devices
