Update for the Week of 6/19

  • Release 3.20 of REPORTER is scheduled to move to Production Thursday evening, June, 29.
  • Major compliance updates will be made to REPORTER with Release 3.20. In order to provide course administrators a chance to see these changes and provide feedback, the REPORTER team will be holding testing sessions. Each session will begin with a demonstration of these changes after which you can stay for as long as you would like to test the changes and ask questions. If you are not able to attend one of these sessions, but have a Course Admin in your group you would like to send as a proxy, you are welcome to do so.
    • Monday, June 26th, 1:30pm – 4pm, AFTC 108
    • Tuesday, June 27th, 9am – 12pm, AFTC 108
  • Payment processing through Nelnet’s QuikPAY®, used in REPORTER, will be unavailable from 1:00 AM Monday, June 26th until 4:30 AM. Users attempting to make credit card payments in REPORTER during this time will encounter a maintenance screen asking them to try again later.   • To report Production Issues and other feedback items, please continue to use the appropriate spreadsheet linked below. These spreadsheets are being monitored and updated by the respective project coordinators as items are moved through development. If you have questions regarding which spreadsheet to use, please contact us at reporter_support@ncsu.edu.
  • The next REPORTER Open Help session will be held from 1:30-3:30pm, next  Tuesday, June 27th in Avent Ferry, Room 108 and is also available remotely via Cisco WebEx.  For more details and access information, please visit https://support.reporter.ncsu.edu/home/get-help/training/
