Update for the Week of October 30th

The REPORTER production environment was updated this week with the following changes:
- The Mobile site was updated to fix an error with the External User Account creation
The REPORTER Steering Team quarterly meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 13th. Meeting notes and presentation slides will be added to the support site.
